       近年来，富安茧丝绸公司围绕“发展方向与国家政策合拍、生产产品与国际市场接轨、经济效益与广大农民共享”的发展思路，大力推进标准化生产、产业化运作、品牌化经营、外向化开拓的“四化”经营模式，茧丝绸产业呈现良好发展态势，形成了独具特色的“富安模式”。董事长本人曾荣获两届“全国人大代表”、“全国劳动模范”、“全国茧丝绸行业终身成就奖”等多项国家级荣誉，其带领的实践为公司茧丝绸产业的转型升级、融合发展和乡村振兴战略的实施，提供了宝贵的实践经验和重要的示范引领。
      聚焦服务“国之大者”“省之要事”，积极融入国家级“中国—中亚贸易畅通合作平台”，持续深化与老挝、乌兹别克斯坦等共建国家的产业合作，拓展合作网络，借助“一带一路”国际合作论坛等平台，讲好公司丝绸故事，为中亚合作贡献苏豪力量。同时，要以创新驱动引领传统产业转型升级，不断提升核心竞争力与品牌影响力。

      In recent years, Fuaan Silk and Yarn Company has followed the development strategy of "aligning with national policies, integrating production products with international markets, sharing economic benefits with farmers", and vigorously promoted the "four-in-one" business model of standardized production, industrialization operation, brand management, and outward expansion. The silk and yarn industry has shown a good development trend, and a unique "Fuaan Model" has been formed. The chairman himself has received multiple national-level honors such as "Two Terms of National People's Representative", "National Labor Model", and "Lifetime Achievement Award in Silk and Yarn Industry". The practice led by him has provided valuable practical experience and important demonstration guidance for the company's transformation and upgrading of the silk and yarn industry, integrated development, and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
      Focus on serving "major national concerns" and "important provincial affairs", actively integrate into the national "China-Central Asia Trade Facilitation Cooperation Platform", continuously deepen industrial cooperation with countries such as Laos and Uzbekistan, expand the cooperation network, and leverage platforms such as the "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum to tell the company's silk story and contribute Suzhou-Hao's strength to Central Asian cooperation.
